We are definitely navigating uncertain times. With bars, gyms, restaurants, and gatherings of more than 10 people not being allowed; social distancing makes it difficult to get a workout in a class setting. I generally thrive in group workouts where my competitive nature drives me to push myself to pedal faster in a spin class or hold a pose just a tad longer during pilates. So, what is a girl to do?
